So I figured I’d do a sort of song of the day type deal on here to mark my comeback to writing this blog. I wanted to do what I am currently listening to as I type this, a song from the album Mirrored by Battles (I’ll save that for tomorrow) but instead ill go for something poppy. It’s a tune from the keyboardist of Vampire Weekend and the singer of Ra Ra Riot side project called Discovery. The track is called “So Insane”, and its name turns out to be an accurate descriptor for the song. From the first line “When I saw You at the discotech”, you’ll be flung into a world of dancing, of fun, a world where people actually go to discotechs. Its just a fun track, enjoy.
